City Elects to Use Boaz for IT Support

The Clayton City Council met on Tuesday for their monthly meeting. One of the items on the agenda, was to hear from Boaz Media and Network Solutions, a computer and information technology consulting company out of Blairsville, to discuss adding an IT person to repair any issues that the city may have in the future.

After listening to Boaz representative Allen Woerner, the city has elected to contract with Boaz. Clayton City Manager, Cissy Henry, says “having somebody on, as an on-call person, to be able to come and communicate with our equipment is great.”

Boaz has worked with the city of Clayton recently, by upgrading technology for the Clayton Police Department.
