Breaking News Update: Fugitives on the Run in Rabun County

The Rabun County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding two fugitives wanted in both Butts and Newton Counties for Burglary, Car Theft, and Enticing a Child.. The two were last seen in Mountain City on foot. The first is a white male, Phillip Norman Jester, 5’ 10”, 170 lbs, around 24 in age with brown hair, worn jeans, wearing a white t-shirt and a red hat. The other, Skylar Nichole Foster, is a white female younger in age(14), with dark hair shaved on one side and shoulder length on the other, stands at 5’2” with a small build(110 lbs), and last seen wearing leopard colored pants and a loose fitting blue sweater. Foster may be being held Against her will, and The Sheriff’s office says the two should be considered to be armed and dangerous, and should not be approached. If you see them or know of their whereabouts please call 911 immediately.
