Fuel Prices Hit Lowest Mark Since Late Winter

Gasoline is selling at the lowest price since March amid rising gasoline supplies and falling oil prices. Prices in Georgia have fallen for 34 consecutive days and the national average price for a gallon of gasoline is 6 cents cheaper than last week.  Mark Jenkins, spokesman, AAA says  “Motorists continue to enjoy discounts at the pump and that’s likely to continue this week.”  Georgia’s average price for a gallon is now $3.43 with Rabun County at $3.40.
