Traffic Stop leads to Meth Bust
A Clayton woman stands charged with four offenses after a routine traffic stop uncovered methamphetamine. According to the Rabun County Sheriff’s Office, 25-year-old Kayla Ann Blake Fowler was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession and use of drug-related objects, giving a wrong signal, and failure to maintain lane. On August 2, a deputy stopped a 2015 Kia Forte for failure to maintain lane on Georgia 15 at its intersection with Rabun Park Drive. A search of the vehicle found a plastic bag containing suspected methamphetamine. She was booked into the Rabun County Detention Center on the charges.
