Tiger Business Subject to Burglary

The Rabun County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a burglary that took place last week in Tiger.

According to a report obtained from the sheriff’s office, the incident happened on Old Fruit Stand Lane in Tiger on June 16th at approximately 6PM. The incident, as described by Chief Investigator Captain Jack Tanksley, began when someone entered the building, using a key, and took several items, including knives and rings.

The Sheriff’s Office says that they have a person of interest in relation to this case. The approximate value of the items taken is $400.
