NGTC Nursing Students Receive Pins

North Georgia Technical College recently celebrated Pharmacy Technology and Medical Assisting students’ completion of their academic coursework as they earned their professional pins in their respective programs.

Twenty-five students received their professional pins in Medical Assisting and nine students received their pins in Pharmacy Technology on December 10, at Clegg Auditorium at North Georgia Technical College.

“The North Georgia Tech pin given to each student is symbolic of excellence to the student’s chosen health profession and is a distinguished display of pride in our students’ achievements,” says Kathie Ivester, NGTC Vice President of Academic Affairs.

To honor the occasion, students chose a significant friend or family member to present their individual pins to them during the ceremony.
