One Week Remaining in Early Voting

With election day coming up next week, this week marks the final week of early voting for Clayton, Dillard, and Tiger.

According to poll worker Lynn Ramey, 107 voters have taken advantage of early voting, while 42 others have mailed in their votes.

Early voting was created to give everyone an equal opportunity to vote in Georgia, especially those whose schedules are inconvenient to allow them to vote on the first Tuesday in November.

If one’s schedule does not allow for them to vote on November 3rd, you can vote from now until Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 5 P.M.at the Rabun County Board of Elections on Jo Dotson Circle in Clayton. This is only for those who live within the city limits of either Clayton, Dillard, or Tiger.

Matters being voted on this year include:

City Council in Clayton

Mayor and City Council in Tiger

Referendums for Dillard
