Tickets lowered for Colt Ford Concert at Tiger Drive-In

Tickets for Colt Ford featuring Hindsight have been lowered for Sunday’s 4pm concert at the Tiger Drive-In.  This is a Georgia Grown Concert Series and originally there were two concerts scheduled for Sunday afternoon but Tom Major, co-owner of the Tiger Drive-In, says the decision was made to remove the originally scheduled 1pm show in order to accommodate scheduling.  “This is a learning process for us all as we sprinkle in concerts into what is normally a movie venue, so we are all learning as we go.  We discovered that if you have tickets at $125 per car that a lot of people don’t do the math and get a little bit of sticker shock.  So, we are rolling back to actually one concert on Sunday at 4pm and it is a per person price of $25 and it includes a movie.  So, I think that is a lot more palatable for people to spend $25 per person and know they get a movie as well.  The movie in this case is going to be Mrs. Doubtfire on Sunday.  We kind of live and learn, we’re kind of working this thing as we go and learning a lot about how we marry a drive-in theatre with a live music concert.  Another thing that is kind of interesting, people think it may be recorded.  It is not.  It is a live production.  When you think about concerts that you have gone to in the past that have been live, this is a really inexpensive treat and Colt Ford is one heck of an artist.”  Both Colt Ford and Hindsight will be live at the Tiger Drive-In Theatre on Sunday, June 21, at 4pm. This will be a live event with a full band and full production including stage, sound, and lights. Bring your chair, bring your cooler, bring your friends, and come be a part of this exciting event as live music returns to Georgia.
