Commissioners to Hold Three Meetings Today
The Rabun County Board of Commissioners will now hold three meetings later today. Their regular monthly meeting will begin at 6:00pm this evening, before that a work session set to begin at 5:30pm. Early yesterday morning the Board of Commissioners also announced that they will hold a Special Called Meeting to move into Executive Session to discuss the acquisition of real estate. That meeting is also set for the 5:30 time slot. The regular meeting will include the discussion on the Rabun County Confederate Memorial and a discussion on property tax relief for seniors and the disabled in Rabun County. Both the work session and regular monthly meeting are open to the public, with all three meetings being held at the Rabun County Courthouse.
