Two Crashes reported in Rabun County

Deputies of the Rabun County Sheriff’s Office worked two recent crashes in the county.  The first occurred at 10:12am on Dec. 18. The driver of a 2017 Ford F150 told the deputy that Round Top Drive was iced over and he slid backwards into a tree.  No one was injured in the single-vehicle accident. The second crash happened at 6:25pm on Dec. 18. The driver of a 2019 Nissan Rogue said she was driving north on Georgia 15 in the area of Jiles Drive when a deer ran into the front driver’s side of her vehicle.  No one was injured in the single-vehicle accident.
