Tiger Woman arrested for Illegal Possession of Controlled Substance
A Tiger woman was arrested for illegal possession of a controlled substance. The Rabun County Sheriff’s Office reports that on September 5, a deputy was participating in a highway safety check and discovered that the driver and passenger of a 1996 Ford F250 were not wearing their seatbelts. A search of the vehicle was executed and discovered four small Ziploc bags containing a clear crystal-like substance suspected of being methamphetamine. The deputy arrested 44-year-old Lisa Ellen Sanchez after she admitted it was hers. She was booked into the Rabun County Detention Center on the charge. The driver and right-front passenger were issued citations for not wearing their seatbelts.
