Three More Cases of COVID-19 in Rabun County

Three more positive cases of COVID-19 have been reported in Rabun County.  According to the latest figures from the Georgia Department of Public Health, there are now 290 positive cases of coronavirus in Rabun County with 47 cases reported in the last two weeks.  There have also been six deaths due to complications of the respiratory virus.  In neighboring counties, Habersham County reports 1,376 cases and 64 deaths, White County lists 560 cases and 14 fatalities, and Towns County has 221 cases and six deaths due to complications of the virus.  Across the state of Georgia, the Department of Public Health is reporting a total of 277,288 positive cases of COVID-19, of those, 25,259 are being hospitalized and 5,868 have died from complications of the virus.
