Theft of Stolen Trailer under Investigation

The Rabun County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the felony theft by taking of a 2017 Superior Iron Elite landscape trailer.  On April 14, a deputy was contacted in reference to a stolen trailer from Pro Turf on Highway 441 South.  The deputy observed a surveillance video that showed a truck believed to be a U-Haul drive-by with a trailer attached and that same trailer turned up missing from the business.  The black 6.5X14 trailer is valued at $1,669.
