TFS Swim honors Seniors as Boys and Girls win 1A Championship Invite

The Tallulah Falls School (TFS) Swim teams honored their seniors on Saturday in what marked the final home meet of the season in the 1A Championship Invite, reports TFS Athletics.  Both the girls and boys teams took first place, as St. Francis, Mount Vernon, and Commerce all competed against Tallulah Falls.  First-place finishes for TFS boys swimmers include 200 Medley Relay, Nelson Wilkinson (50 Free, 100 Fly), Emery Sims (100 Free, 100 Back), Charlie Harris (500 Free), Frantisek Pribyl (100 Breast), 400 Free Relay.  First-place finishes for TFS girls swimmers include Madison Dampier (200 Free, 100 Free), Mattie Patterson (200 IM), Carsyn Griffis (50 Free, 100 Back), 400 Free Relay.  FULL RESULTS  Next for TFS is the GHSA State Championship meet, slated for February 4 at Georgia Tech for those who put up state-qualifying times during the 2022-23 season.  The seniors honored at Saturday’s meet included Mina Beratovic, Aarington Brown, Milicia Durovic, Emma Jackson, Layne Kafsky, Sofia Rueda, Emery Sims, Tori Tilley, Kate Trotter, and Nelson Wilkinson.
