Taylor elected to HEMC Board of Directors 

On July 16, 2020, Habersham EMC (HEMC) members elected Dallas Taylor of Clayton to represent the North District on the HEMC Board of Directors.  A Rabun County native, Taylor grew up in Tiger. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Piedmont College. Taylor is in the insurance industry with an office in Clayton. He also serves on the Rabun County Water and Sewer Authority. Taylor’s family tree stretches back over five generations within Rabun and Habersham counties.  “I am eager to learn more about the electric utility industry. I feel my experience and knowledge of our community will be a great benefit,” Taylor shares.  “I look forward to representing Rabun County members on the HEMC Board.
