Steel Corral stolen from Clayton Pasture

On November 19, 2022, a deputy of the Rabun County Sheriff’s Office spoke with a Clayton man about a felony theft by taking case.  The man told the deputy that he had a galvanized steel corral stolen from his property on Millie Keener Road in Clayton.  He said that he goes to the property every Saturday to feed the cows and on his recent visit found that 12 individual panels that made a corral had been stolen.  Each panel costs $175 for a total value of $2,100.  The case has been turned over to the Criminal Investigations Division.
