Special Election for County Commisioner Official Results

The Rabun County Commissioners Special Election came to a close last night with a voter turnout of 14.1%. The results are as follows…

 Kay Darnell                        Total  votes  925                         73.41%

David  Fountain                Total votes   44                           3.49%

Cory  Justus                      Total  votes   95                          7.54%

Sid Neville                          Total   votes   196                       15.56%

Kay Darnell had this to say following Her victory…

Voter Registration is open until October 7th for the upcoming November elections
