Sixty Cases of COVID-19 reported in Rabun County in Last Two Weeks

Sixty positive cases of coronavirus have been reported in Rabun County in the last two weeks.  According to the latest figures from the Georgia Department of Public Health, 215 positive cases of the virus have been reported in Rabun County with 34 people now being hospitalized and three deaths due to complications of the respiratory virus.  In neighboring counties, Habersham County reports 1,141 cases and 49 deaths, White County lists 353 cases and five fatalities, and Towns County has 143 cases and one death due to complications of the virus.  Across the state of Georgia, the Department of Public Health is reporting a total of 216,596 cases, of those, 20,628 have been hospitalized and 4,199 have died from complications of the virus.
