The Atlanta Braves have made a major off-season move. The Atlanta Braves and free-agent outfielder B.J. Upton have agreed to terms on a multi-year contract. What is reported as a five-year contract worth $75.25 million (the largest free-agent contract in franchise history) will be finalized pending a physical, which is slated to be performed in Atlanta on today.

The Atlanta Falcons will look to avenge their lone defeat of the season against the New Orleans Saints on Thursday at the Georgia Dome. The Falcons have dropped four straight games against the Saints.
According to the AJC, New Orleans players reported last night via twitter that their bus allegedly was “egged” while the team was leaving Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson Airport after their flight arrived.
