SC Woman Arrested in Clayton

A South Carolina woman is arrested in the city limits earlier this week.

According to a report on file with the Clayton Police Department, early Monday morning, a traffic stop was initiated on a 1999 green Honda Accord that was traveling on Highway 441 without having its headlights on.

Officers noticed numerous open containers of alcohol in the vehicle, and the report states that the driver identified as Regina B. Mote of South Carolina gave a false name and birthdate to law enforcement.

She faces multiple charges.
