The State of Georgia is using the internet to make voter registration easier according to Tammy Whitmire in the Rabun County Elections Office…

“Yes, the state is excited about launching an online voter registration. So now you can do it from your computer at home, you can download the app and do it on your phone. You can get to that by going to www.sos.ga.gov , and just follow the links there for the new Georgia online voting system.”

The app is available for both I-phones and Androids and can be downloaded from most app stores. Voter registration for the upcoming May election ends on April 21st.
