Raptor experience at Tallulah Gorge

The Friends of Tallulah Falls State Park invites the community to a live raptor educational event on Saturday, February 11, 2023, from 10am to 3pm in the Jane Hurt Yarn Interpretive Center at Tallulah Gorge State Park.  The wildlife program, sponsored by the Friends of Tallulah Gorge State Park, will be indoors in the center and there is no charge, although there is an entry fee to the park.  Buster Brown, a former public school educator and coach, and owner of Georgia Mountain Falconry, will discuss training hawks and falcons.  There will be several birds of prey in the program.
