Rabun County Sheriff’s Office looking for Felons

The Rabun County Sheriff’s Office has issued a Be On the Look Out for two felons.  It seeks information on the whereabouts of Preston Michael English and James Matthew Hicks for outstanding warrants for felony theft by receiving stolen property and felony theft by taking.  Both men are known to be in Rabun, Gwinnett, and Hall counties.  If you have any information on the whereabouts of English or Hicks, please call 706-970-7185.
