Place of Hope Benefit at The Soda Fountain on Friday

The Pink Ladies, a group of volunteers of Forward Rabun, are hosting a benefit for Place of Hope on Friday, May 13, at 6pm at The Soda Fountain Restaurant in downtown Clayton.  Place of Hope North Georgia is a non-profit organization providing resources for children who need family, spiritual, and financial support because of abuse, neglect, or homelessness. Their primary focus is on children and parents in the Foster Care system of Rabun County.  The Place of Hope exists to provide hope, healing, and community to vulnerable children and families.  Tickets are $20 and are available at the Welcome Center and at the door.  That ticket includes the burger bar with sides, a milkshake, and a $5 donation to Place of Hope.
