Northeast Poverty Round Table

A group of community partners and agencies will be coming together at the beginning of October to discuss addressing poverty in our region.  The Northeast Georgia Poverty Round Table meeting is planned for Wednesday, Oct. 9, at 10am. Community partners and agencies from Habersham, White, Stephens, Banks, and Rabun counties have partnered to create a plan to reduce poverty in our area.  This group meets on a regular basis, to plan the most effective way to address families and individuals who are facing challenges, need help, and guidance towards their path to self-sufficiency. The Oct. 9, round table will be held in the Community Room at Clayton City Hall, located at 837 US-76, Clayton, GA 30525, in Rabun County.
