New Visitor’s Guide Still on Schedule
The Rabun County Convention and Visitor’s Bureau met Thursday evening.
At their meeting, the CVB discussed the progress of the explore Rabun Visitor’s Guide, and Teka Earnhardt said that the Bureau has sold enough advertising in the brochure, the online brochure, and the iMap to cover their costs.
“We have sold, as a total, 51 ads, which is pretty good,” said Earnhardt. “The magic number we had to hit was roughly around $28,000, and we exceeded that by $1,000 to $1,500.”
Earnhardt said that Friday ended advertising sales, and the brochure is still scheduled to come out in March.
