NC Governor lifts Stay at Home Order

North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper has lifted the Modified Stay at Home Order.  The new Executive Order goes into effect on Friday, February 26, as the statewide 10 pm curfew will be lifted, in addition to the Stay at Home Order. According to Cooper, some businesses will be allowed to operate at an increased capacity.  Many businesses and venues will be able to stay at or expand to 50% occupancy, while still maintaining health and safety protocols.  Additionally, some businesses that were limited to operating outdoors at 30%, will still have that percentage but will no longer have a 100 person cap.  However, the mandatory mask mandate remains in effect, as well as social distancing protocols.  For a complete list of modifications under the new Executive Order, you can visit http://governor.nc.gov.
