Kilby Pleads Not Guilty
An arraignment was held today in the State of Georgia vs Lowanda “Peanut” Kilby. Kilby surrounded by family members took to the Podium with what was described by on lookers as a smug look on her face and pled not guilty to all charges. A small group of volunteers from Paws for Life were also in attendance for the arraignment some with tears on their face spoke after the plea was made on how they felt about Peanuts decision to plea not guilty…
“Disgusted, sad for the community and the animals, and the animals are our community.”
The next course of action will be Criminal Motions Scheduled to take place In the Rabun County Courthouse on October 15th.
