Hunter Funeral Home announces the passing of Janice Maxine Kell Welch.  She was born on November 17, 1942, and died on March 12, 2020. Visitation will be at Mountain City Church of God on Sunday, March 22, 2020, from 2-3pm with a funeral service following at 3pm.
