Injury Complaint Filed Against County

A man files suit against Rabun County following an accident at a recycling center last April.

According to records at the Rabun County Clerk of Court’s Office, Gordon E. Clark has filed a complaint against Rabun County that alleges the Waste and Recycle Department negligently  installed and operated a roll off trash container, causing Clark to fall and suffer injuries.

In the complaint, Clark requests that he be award judgment against the county in an amount determined at a jury trial, as well as any other relief the court finds proper.
