Hunter Funeral Home announces the passing of Howard Vick Waters of Mountain City. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at 12pm in the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service, from 11am to 12pm. Burial will follow at Blue Heights Baptist Church Cemetery. The family requests that anyone attending dress casually.
