The Volunteer firefighters fought the fire until 4am and then after leaving the scene were called back 30 minutes later after the roof collapsed igniting the fire again. They men remained on the scene for the second time until about 6am and used a total of 20,000 gallons of water and fought against live downed power lines throughout the night to terminate the flames. The fire department says bug bombs and an open flame in the kitchen were the cause of the inferno. No injuries were reported.
