Rabun Co. Health Department Drive-Thru Flu Shot Clinic 

The Rabun County Health Department will hold a drive-thru flu shot clinic on Tuesday, October 13, from 9am to 1pm. The drive-thru will be in the parking lot of Clayton Baptist Church at 87 Church Street in Clayton. Health experts caution that it is very important to get the flu shot this year to help prevent getting sick with flu and COVID-19 at the same time.  The flu shot is the best defense against the flu and the CDC recommends everyone 6 months and older, who can, get vaccinated against influenza. When more people get vaccinated, it helps protect those individuals at most risk for complications from influenza.  The health department accepts most major insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare. Please bring your insurance card with you. For individuals who are self-pay, the vaccine is $30. Cash, debit cards, and credit cards are accepted.
