Deputy Tazes Man After Altercation

One man tased after police respond to call about a fight in progress and possible DUI.

Sheriff’s Deputies arrived on scene early Thursday morning near Holden Cove Rd. where a witness stated that three men were involved in a fight and one had driven away while intoxicated.

The driver 23 year old David Guetin was found pulling into a neighbor’s driveway. After refusing to perform a field sobriety test, David fled into his father’s house.

When police attempted to handcuff Guetin his father William began to make threats against the deputies, forcing them to taze and arrest William Guetin on obstruction and terroristic acts and threats charges.

David Guetin was also arrested for DUI and obstruction charges.
