CVB Compiling Tourist Calendar
The CVB is compiling a list of events that tourists are welcome to attend in the year 2013.
The Rabun County Convention and Visitor’s Bureau has announced that they are updating the calendar on their website, explorerabun.com, to contain events from this upcoming calendar year.
Teka Earnhardt with the CVB says the events must be open for visitors to attend, and be of interest to someone outside of the county.
“We don’t put things like board meeting, or group meetings,” said Earnhardt. “It’s all things that are open to the public that a tourist would be interested in when they come to the county.”
