Commissioners to Declare SPLOST Results

The Rabun County Board of Commissioners is set to meet Tuesday.

The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 Tuesday evening at the Rabun County Courthouse with a work session preceding at 5:30.

Items of interest on the agenda include a resolution declaring the results of the special election for SPLOST that was held last week, and a discussion about Neville Road.

The Board of Commissioners will also consider the first reading of two amendments to the Rabun County Code of Ordinances, one about the renewal of billboards and another about the definition of building.

Also, two members will be appointed to the Rabun County Planning and Zoning Commission, and a member will be appointed to the Rabun County Building Authority.
