Clayton Woman arrested for Possession of Meth

A Clayton woman stands charged with possession of methamphetamine and pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs.  On June 14, a deputy of the Rabun County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to an address on Alexander Lane off Black Rock Mountain Parkway in reference to a dispute.  The deputy met with a woman, 42-year-old Tina Louise Walkingstick of Clayton.  She admitted to causing the dispute and that she had been drinking.  She was arrested and a search of her belongings uncovered a bag of suspected methamphetamine.  She was transported to the Rabun County Detention Center for booking.
