Clayton Man arrested for Trafficking Illegal Drugs

A Clayton man stands charged with trafficking illegal drugs and possession and use of drug-related objects.  On June 3, an investigator with the Rabun County Sheriff’s Office opened a case into a felony warrant and drug activity in the county.  As a result, 42-year-old Rodney Lee Stacey of Clayton was arrested at the Knights Inn and found to be in possession of a clear crystal-like substance suspected to be methamphetamine.  He was transported to the Rabun County Detention Center for booking.
