Clayton City Council to Hear Floodplain Presentation
The Clayton City Council will be discussing the city’s floodplain issues this week.
In a meeting set for Tuesday afternoon, the city council is set to hear from Ed Dibble regarding the floodplain in Clayton and whether or not the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s floodplain maps are accurate.
Tuesday’s presentation by Dibble was described as a dry run for when the same pitch is made to representatives from Senator Johnny Isakson’s office on Thursday.
No action is expected to be made by the city of Clayton at Tuesday’s meeting.
