‘Cats fall to visiting Washington-Wilkes

The Rabun County Wildcats fell to 4-3 on the season after suffering a 41-12 loss at the hands of the Washington-Wilkes Tigers Friday night at Frank Snyder Memorial Stadium.

The Wildcats trailed 20-12 at the half after having a potential game tying drive stopped by a Tiger interception late on the second quarter.

That would be the closest the score stayed as the ‘Cats were shut out in the second half while having no answer for the Washington Wilkes running game which put up 21 points in the final two quarters.

The Wildcats continue their home stand this Friday as they face Union County for Homecoming.
