Benefit Earns Over $4000

Clayton City Clerk Rhonda Lunsford says that this weekend’s benefit for a Clayton City employee who lost their home to a fire was a great success…

“It went wonderful, we had over 200 people that actually came on Saturday, and we raised $4,641, and this was contributions by individuals as well as by businesses and merchants. We really want to say appreciation to everybody, for contributing and actually coming to the benefit.”
