An arson arrest has been made in the investigation of a March 29th home fire near Seneca, South Carolina.

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Department arrested 38 year old Thomas Durham Hoxit of Wayside Circle, Seneca on the charge of third degree arson resulting in property damage at 360 Old Clemson Highway.

According to a sheriff’s department report, the Corinth-Shiloh Fire Department answered a call to the abandoned Old Clemson Highway address and the chief deemed the fire suspicious.
