What to do with all this space ?

The development authority of Rabun county met yesterday in its regular monthly meeting. Reports were given by Ray Coulombe the executive director and Ryan Thorton the economic development manager along with the reports being read a presentation was given by Representatives from Cushman Wakefield on the opportunities available to the authority by using a real estate brokerage some of the opportunities they mentioned were a larger pool of qualified prospective renters for the building and  general assistance with marking. The authority plans to give a tour of the property to the press in the near future
